How a return works

Report the problem
Go to the order in your account. Select the item, describe the issue, upload photos if damaged.
Vendor responds
They have 12 hours. No response = automatic acceptance of your return.
Return the item
Follow the vendor’s instructions. They’ll arrange pickup or provide a return address.
Refund processed
3–5 business days back to your original payment method. You’ll get an email.

We step in. We review the order, listing, photos, and messages from both sides. Decision within 5 business days. Your money stays in escrow until it’s resolved.
