Question 1

How are healers verified on xHerbs?

Accepted Answer

Every healer on xHerbs goes through a manual review process. We check their identity, professional background, references, and any qualifications they list. Healers also pass a KYC step before their store goes live, and we monitor reviews and reports continuously.

Question 2

Can I book a consultation virtually?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many healers on xHerbs offer virtual consultations via video or phone, and some offer in-person sessions in their city. Each healer profile shows their consultation type — virtual, in-person, or both — along with their starting rate.

Question 3

How much does a typical herbal consultation cost?

Accepted Answer

Consultation rates vary by practitioner and specialty. You can see each healer's starting price on their profile card. Rates range from a few thousand naira for short virtual sessions to higher fees for in-person visits or detailed herbal protocols.

Question 4

How do I choose the right healer for my needs?

Accepted Answer

Start by browsing healers by specialty — fertility, skin care, weight management, women's wellness, and so on. Then filter by location if you prefer a healer in your city. Read recent reviews and check the practitioner's years of experience and consultation type before booking.

Question 5

What should I check before using herbs recommended by a healer?

Accepted Answer

xHerbs reviews seller profiles and product listings before they go live, including sourcing notes and NAFDAC numbers when sellers provide them. Herbal products can still interact with medications, so speak with a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new herbal routine, especially if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a chronic condition.

Question 6

What happens after I book a consultation?

Accepted Answer

After booking, the healer will reach out via the xHerbs messaging system to confirm scheduling, intake details, and any preparation steps. Payments are processed through xHerbs, and your consultation history is saved to your account.
