Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how customers, sellers, and people who message xHerbs through Instagram can request deletion of personal data held by xHerbs.

1. Delete Your xHerbs Account

If you have an xHerbs account, you can request deletion from your account settings or by emailing [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Please include the email address or phone number linked to your xHerbs account so we can verify the request.

2. Delete Instagram Chatbot Data

If you contacted xHerbs on Instagram, you can request deletion of chatbot and support conversation data by emailing [email protected] with the subject line Instagram Data Deletion Request.

Include your Instagram handle and any email address or phone number you shared with the chatbot. This helps us locate the correct conversation and support ticket.

3. What We Delete

  • Account profile data, saved addresses, wishlist items, follows, and notification preferences where applicable
  • Instagram chatbot conversation records and support contact details collected through the chatbot
  • Support tickets created from Instagram messages, unless retention is required for legal, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons
  • Seller storefront data and bank details when a seller account is fully closed, subject to accounting and payout obligations

4. What May Be Retained

Some records may need to be retained where required by law, tax rules, accounting obligations, payment dispute handling, fraud prevention, or marketplace safety. When possible, retained records are disassociated from the deleted account.

5. Processing Time

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days after verification.
